Monarch Pictures Ltd. - is a Cleveland based film production company. Started by Anne Dombrowski and Peter Taylor both graduates of the Weatherhead School of Management. The company's goal is to help foster growth in the film community within the Greater Cleveland and Northeastern Ohio area.
